Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy is a safe, effective, and powerful method of reaching your subconscious mind and aligning your deepest desires with your conscious thoughts in day-to-day life. Many of our mental disturbances or cases of malcontent are caused by misalignment between the two.
For example, you may crave a more stable financial life, but always say to yourself “I’m so bad with money, it just slips through my fingers.” Your subconscious mind is always listening and it wants to help you. So, it hears you saying, “Money just slips through my fingers,” and it wants to do the thing! Before you know it, your money goes just like sand through your fingers.
Your subconscious mind is always looking out for you! That’s why you wake up when you hear a noise while sleeping. It can be awake and vigilant even when the rest of your mind is asleep.
Hypnotherapy is safe. Your subconscious mind will not allow you to do anything that is not in your best interest and will not allow you to do anything you truly don’t want to do. Hypnotherapy has been recognized as a beneficial therapeutic practice by the American Medical Association since the 1950s. It is not theatrical stage hypnosis (you will not be quacking like a duck!)
Hypnotherapy uses theories of neuroplasticity to change well-worn patterns in your brain over a relatively short period of time. That makes it a pretty quick, project-based modality. Most people can make significant progress on a specific issue or project in a series of 1-10 sessions.

What to Expect from a Hypnotherapy Session With Me
Please plan for up to 90 minutes from our initial session and up to 75 minutes for subsequent sessions.
A typical initial session includes about half talking, coaching, and astrology, and half hypnotherapy. Subsequent sessions may vary depending on what we are working on.
Hypnotherapy is akin to a deep and relaxing personalized guided meditation. In the first half of the session we will talk about what you work on and what you would like to change. During the hypnotherapy portion of the session, I will say back to you what you have told me in a way that your subconscious mind can hear and understand, after helping you to get into a relaxed state. You do not need to worry about the depth of your hypnosis. Benefits can be gained whether you feel wakeful and a little restless or like you were asleep the whole time.
